HARLEM BOOK CENTER IS a well-renown, mainstream, independent book publisher that specializes in urban novels that focus on African American themes. The New York based publishing company was established in 2004 by SIDI (Sidibe, Ibrahima) and features Urban Renaissance Books in the Fiction, Children’s Books, Autobiography, Self Help and other knowledge-based book genres. HARLEM BOOK CENTER new initiative is training underprivileged children in story writing, publishing, and marketing. Submissions will be accepted for fiction, non-fiction, science fiction, poetry, and plays. All submissions should be readable, meaning typed double spaced and paginated. Pages should not be bound together.
